Fawver Consulting was started by Dustin Fawver. I've been involved with computers since 1986. I received an Associate of Science in Computer Science degree from Walters State Community College in 1996 and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science degree from East Tennessee State University in 1999.

Throughout my career, I have served in roles ranging from a Helpdesk Technician to an IT Administrator. I've worked in environments ranging from small business to large corporate and university environments.


I've acquired several certifications in the field.

  • Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator
  • Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Technician
  • Microsoft Certified IT Professional: Enterprise Support Technician

What does that mean for you?

With the different certifications, independent testing is given to examine the knowledge and skills required to fulfill the role. They show that I have the knowledge and skills to work with computer hardware, software, networking and servers. Working on a computer helpdesk has given me the abilities to communicate with people on different levels. If you're technically-minded, we can talk together on that level. If you consider yourself "computer-illiterate", we can talk about what's going on with minimal amount of jargon.
